Description
Under minimal supervision from the Office Administrator, performs a variety of clerical duties. These duties require the use of discretion and independent judgment to aid in the completion of organizational and retention functions related to Financial Affairs units.
 Examples of Duties
75% - 1. Responsible for reviewing, organizing and scanning of paperwork for Financial Affairs units. Various data entry duties in the Laserfiche system. This includes contracts, records, purchasing documents, payment records, receipts, and other vital documents. Following instructions and digitizing detailed, systematized files.
20% - 2. Rearranging and organizing the physical copies of paperwork being kept. Condensing files into cabinets and boxes. Moving documents being destroyed to a secure shred bin.
5% - 3. Perform related duties as assigned
 Qualifications

High school graduation or equivalent.
Any one or any combination of the following, totaling six (6) months of experience in the categories below:
work experience performing office/clerical activities, including use of computer systems
college or university course work in any curriculum
twelve (12) semester hours = six (6) months
