Job Description
Duties: Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Build new project features and modules which involve writing code on a daily basis. Gather requirements needed for the advancements of each project. Fix bugs and other issues found in the code and update tickets on Jira to keep track and communication of bugs/issues on a real time basis. Assist with road mapping of projects and put forth proposals for software features to stakeholders. Develop analytically oriented solutions to ensure software engineering projects meet project specifications. Test and develop various software projects and contribute towards a custom data-driven application for decision support, data exploration, and analytics enablement. Gather requirements and information for the most efficient design solution from daily stand-ups, meetings, and discussion solutions. Maintain, debug, and add features in existing software solutions. Implement solution designs into new types of software and designing of market competitive solutions. Provide specialized software architecture and web building support for various media planners and analysts and show the ability to prioritize and oversee concurrent projects.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or two years of experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Position also requires one year of experience in each of the following:

Required to work from Company Office (Chicago, IL) certain days per week. Telecommuting allowed for balance of week. Must be available to work at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
