About you

As Content Manager, you'll drive Colliers' national campaigns, boosting our internal and external brand impact. Half your role centers on awards campaigns: managing the content calendar, briefing leaders, nurturing media relations, crafting winning nominations, and directing creative for award wins. You'll also analyze competitors, track successes, and present on national calls.
The other half focuses on content creation, process enhancement, and project management for campaigns spanning DEI/ERG, service lines, research, tech, culture, and branding. Your mastery of AP Style, copywriting, and editing is key. You'll confidently navigate Colliers' tech tools and maintain meticulous organization. Plus, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, guiding critical communications for senior leadership.

In this role, you will...

Own all elements of corporate award campaigns, including managing the annual awards calendar, partnering with senior leaders to gather nominees, briefing our CEO on award guidelines, conducting nominee research, writing award-winning nominee submissions (~75+ annual awards), cultivating relationships with trade publications, conceptualizing campaigns to promote wins, writing creative briefs, and partnering with Communications, PR, Digital and Brand teams to execute and track campaigns.

Serve as the Single Point of Contact for internal and external stakeholders for all awards-related questions and processes. Create process improvements that help align our national and regional departments, implementing clear guidelines/playbooks.

Provide campaign support for service lines/departments (retail, office, industrial, capital markets, etc.), as requested. This could include internal collateral (such as researching, copywriting, editing and formatting newsletters, intranet content or business-development resources) or external collateral (such as researching, copywriting, editing and formatting client emails, case studies, blogs or social media posts).

Help elevate Colliers' brand campaign, "Accelerate your success," by serving as a guidelines expert and campaign strategist. Under direction of the Marketing Director, advise service lines/departments on brand campaign usage, creative copy, assets and tracking.

Support the Marketing Director with multichannel content and project management of one-off projects, such as employee handbooks, style guides and local/regional marketing playbooks, DEI/ERG spotlights, events, technology rollouts, culture week, and Colliers Gives.

Serve as the national expert on AP style and Colliers' Style Guide. Support the Communications & PR team in writing and editing copy for select, high-visibility internal and external communications, ensuring adherence to the guides. Train Colliers' marketers, researchers and writers on guidelines.

Master Colliers' relevant technology platforms to optimize our brand's digital presence. This includes tools such as Conductor, Email Studio, SharePoint, Smartsheet and Hootsuite.

What you'll bring

5-8 years of relevant Content Management experience

Commercial Real Estate Experience

Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field

Intermediate proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

Ability to work well with multiple deadlines and solve for challenges effectively
