POSITION PURPOSE: Overseeing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hotel.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Supervises rooms and food & beverage staff as needed.
2. Supports training of operations staff on hotel policies, practices and procedures.
3. Ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service
4. Deals with guest concerns. Provides directions and answers guest questions.
5. Performs additional duties or projects as assigned by Director of Operations.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Previous hotel front desk, housekeeping and or restaurant experience required.
2. Good communication, math skills, and problem solving abilities.
3. Supervisory and organizational skills.
4. Ability to walk/stand for long periods of time.
5. Ability to multi-task and pivot between various operations departments
6. Meet deadlines for assignments and projects.
