Job Description SummaryThis freelance position partners closely with Global Occupier Services (GOS) Knowledge Management team to review, edit, and improve the existing content library-ensuring content excellence, compliance, and consistency.

This position calls for a proactive, collaborative professional with a positive outlook and excellent writing, editing, time management, and communication skills. The preferred candidate is able to work approximately 15 hours per week, is eager to support the business development process, and is comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.
Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities
Enhance GOS content library
Review Q&A pairs with a focus on tone, brevity, and grammar
Confirm content is consistent with C&W style guide and Q&A standards
Ensure responses are client-focused and clearly articulate value
Consolidate duplicate entries into concise, impactful responses
Perform proposal close-out activities to ensure revised and new content is uploaded to content library
Support other related projects as required or requested
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
Knowledge & Experience
4-6 years of experience working in a proposal management environment
Skills & Personal Qualities
Ability to multitask while creating high-end results
Excellent verbal and written communications skills with ability to articulate complex concepts simply and effectively
Detail-oriented; strong organizational skills and effective time management
Commercial real estate industry knowledge and experience is preferred; the right candidate is proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive) and Adobe Acrobat

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $90.00 - $90.00
