Job Description
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining the new products or technical designs from Express Luck and Sansui to existing and prospective business partners or customers in the U.S.;
- Prepare electronic sales to customers and prepare user guides regarding technology explanations of Express Luck and Sansui’s various products;
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand clients’ requirements and provide sales support;
- Collaborate with research and development department in researching and developing new electronic products based on clients’ needs and market analytics;
- Secure and renew orders for Express Luck and Sansui products and arrange cross-border logistics;
- Exhibit knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services;
- Work with Sales and Marketing teams to strategize the best action for promoting Express Luck and Sansui’s new electronic products;
- Provide knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services by assessing the customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards of services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction;
- Research and analyze consumer preferences in our core products based on brand loyalty, product design, and product appeal, retail price, buying habits, etc. to identify factors affecting consumer product demand;
