Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Solution Specialist within our Functional Occupier Solutions team, covering Occupancy Planning and Management and Workplace Experience solutions. As a Solution Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing analytical support and assistance to our Solutions Leads and prospective corporate real estate clients, ensuring the smooth implementation and operation of our solutions. Your excellent troubleshooting skills, customer-centric approach, and strong communication abilities will be key to your success in this role. You will also collaborate closely with our broader internal teams, including product development, sales, business operations, knowledge management, and client onboarding, to enhance our offerings and resolve any client issues.
Responsibilities:
Provide support and assistance to Functional Solution Leads, managing and supporting deliverables related to our solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming client inquiries, offering prompt and professional responses to their concerns
Collaborate with internal teams, including proposal development, providing necessary documentation and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Gather client feedback and requirements, assist in preparing presentation materials and deliverables, and identify areas of improvement or enhancements.
Manage the work-in-progress for upcoming and ongoing Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Assist in preparing pricing files in accordance with Commercial guidelines.
Improve speed-to-respond with regards to proposal inputs.
Act as a bridge between clients and internal stakeholders, effectively conveying client needs, concerns, and suggestions, ensuring their interests are addressed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in the market to provide insightful recommendations that drive innovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field.
5+ years relevant experience
Proven experience in technical support or customer service roles.
Experience with cloud-based solutions and software-as-a-service (SaaS) models.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies quickly.
Prior experience in the commercial real estate (CRE) industry is a plus.
