Job Description
- Manage daily operations, implement policies, monitor employee performance, and develop business plans to optimize company efficiency and capacity.
- Develop and implement growth strategies, including market targeting, product refinement, and performance analysis; Lead marketing and branding initiatives, collaborate with third-party agencies, and identify investment and business development opportunities, including expansion into new markets.
- Manage company finances, discussing budgeting and financial planning with the financial manager; Optimize workflows through policy compliance and benchmarks, oversee cost-cutting projects to reduce expenses; Engage with new and current investors to showcase the company's short-term growth and strong return on investment.
- Direct human resource activities; Conduct monthly performance evaluations based on KPIs, overseeing the hiring, firing, and disciplinary processes for manager and supervisor-level employees.
