The Senior Manager, Ecommerce Strategy and Programs leverages their experience and expertise with launching and growing B2B ecommerce programs and passion for digital customer experiences to guide Zebra’s strategy and execution of digital routes to market, including Zebra’s channel partners’ websites, Zebra’s own website and 3rd party ecommerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate is a change leader, who combines a strategic business outcome mindset with digital and operational savvy to rally stakeholders and drive results. The Digital Commerce Leader plays a crucial role in defining Zebra’s Go-To-Market strategy by balancing our needs to provide best-in-class digital self-service purchasing to customers with our needs to grow our business through our channel partners and drive preference for Zebra in the channel by using the digital experience as a differentiator.

Responsibilities:

+ Works in close partnership with Global Channel Strategy team to lead Zebra’s digital commerce strategy and roadmap, including strategy development, ongoing strategy evolution and driving operational alignment.

+ Leads the execution of a multi-year operational plan to grow digital revenue streams and margins by leveraging several functions including marketing, channels, IT, pricing, etc.

+ Engages, enables, and works strategically with Zebra’s ecommerce channel partners to optimize the customer experience for Zebra customers purchasing through partner sites.

+ Owns Zebra’s branded and marketplace digital commerce customer experience and revenue performance, including partnering with digital marketing and IT to design and lead the development of Zebra’s branded ecommerce capability.

+ Develops Zebra’s Product Information Management Practice and optimizes our product content/data quality for ecommerce use cases.

+ Drives Zebra’s internal community (product, sales, marketing, etc.) and external ecosystem (customers, resellers, software partners, etc.) toward achieving strategic digital commerce goals.

+ Enables Zebra’s sales and customer service teams by identifying opportunities to incorporate digital commerce tools into virtual selling and service to improve customer experience.

+ Identifies and drives key initiatives to inform and adapt product lifecycle management process, product development and post-sale support strategy for ecommerce customers.

+ Leads a small direct team and working collaboratively with digital and product marketing teams on product content and merchandising.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of degree with 12+ years of relevant experience

+ 12+ years’ experience in marketing, operations, sales or business development

+ 5+ years’ experience in ecommerce program management, ideally with a B2B channel-centric company

+ Knowledge of global ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Alibaba, TMall, jd.com, Mercado Libre, etc.) and experience managing marketplace channels

+ Ability to leverage and analyze operational, sales, marketing, and market intelligence data to identify opportunities and develop strategies

+ Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and tactics, including content marketing, digital marketing, channel development, pricing, etc.

+ Collaborative, dynamic leader able to lead change in an established company; ability to manage through influence in a matrixed environment

+ Exceptional communication skills -both written & verbal -with demonstrated ability to influence executives and build cross-functional consensus

+ Creative problem-solver with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach to leadership

+ Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

+ Able to travel 10% annually

Preferred Qualifications:

+ MBA/master’s degree

+ People leadership experience

Salary: USD 133000.00 – USD 199400.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
