Description

You will work on vibration monitoring and analysis projects on a part time basis in the following areas:

+ Perform monitoring and analysis activities to investigate, troubleshoot and provide solutions for machinery vibration issues,

+ Perform consulting services as a technical expert for machinery vibration issues,

+ Prepare reports and studies that present technical information in a clear and concise manner to meet client requirements,

+ Perform independent reviews of reports and studies performed by others,

+ Provide support, including field support, for piping vibration monitoring and analysis activities

Qualifications

We do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position

+ A BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET Engineering Accreditation Commission-approved program or equivalent relevant work experience.

+ 10 or more years of experience in power plant machinery vibration monitoring and analysis.

+ Experience with vibration test equipment used for machinery vibration monitoring

Valued but not required skills and experience:

+ Vibration Analyst Level IV certification

+ Experience with Nuclear Power Plant systems and components
