Responsibilities

This position is responsible for administering and managing all aspects of employee benefits programs. This includes conducting open enrollment, collaborating with benefits providers and analyzing workplace trends as it relates to employee benefits and wellness programs. The position is also responsible for all compliance related tasks including completing EEO-1, Form 5500, Medicare notifications etc. This position is also responsible for collaborating with HR partners regarding STD leave administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the day to day management and administration of all employee and retiree benefit programs
  • Maintains the annual compliance calendar and ensures all regulatory filings are completed in a timely and accurate manner including ACA, EEO-1, 5500’s and benefits related notices.
  • Partners with payroll and HRIS to ensure seamless integration of benefits data within HRIS system.
  • Processes all benefits related invoices ranging from weekly to monthly invoices
  • Collaborates with payroll to fund HSA and 401K accounts and complete quarterly audits
  • Collaborate with FSA/DCA vendor to ensure funding is correct by completing quarterly audits
  • Creates and distributes benefits-related communications in partnership with the DCOE
  • Assists with all open enrollment activities including updating benefits booklet and program set up within HRIS system


Qualifications



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years benefits related experience
  • Solid understanding of employee benefits programs
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
