Role Summary

In line with our mission, we are looking to recruit an Expiring Records Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain practitioner files for continuous verification of all expiring records.

· Perform verification searches, online and via fax/email.

· Use critical thinking and industry knowledge to evaluate records for accuracy and completeness.

· Distribute system communication to practitioners regarding upcoming expirations and expired records.

· Prepare and distribute monthly reports to communicate non-renewals with clients.

· Record due diligence process within practitioner file for client reference.

· Coordinate requisite actions with client teams for all expired records.

· Provide quality customer support to all levels of personnel.

· Excellent phone presence and strong written communication skills.

· Utilize critical thinking to resolve questions regarding expiring records and granting body requirements.

· Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree, preferred.

· Strong communication, both written and verbal, required.

· Strong attention to detail, required.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, required.
