Sr. Director, Product Management - Enterprise Supplier Management (ESM)
Product Management
Strategic, Customer, and People leadership in a critical business unit of Capital One - building and shaping product and technology solutions for the global 3rd party ecosystem which accounts for billions in spend, and is on the precipice of material growth. The Sr. Director Product Management, Enterprise Supplier Management (ESM) will own the entire ecosystem and will be the final decision maker on the future of product and technology for Capital One's supply chain.

In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in four key areas:

You'll deeply immerse yourself in knowing your internal and/or external customer(s) needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions

You'll be the leader to develop a compelling portfolio or product vision for our organization to deliver capabilities that empower differentiated customer experiences and deliver breakthrough business value
You'll lead a team that translates vision into strategic product roadmaps with an agile delivery approach in partnership with Tech while managing cyber, operational and/or regulatory risks
Operating Model: Shape the way we deliver value across product and technology technology
Technology Driven
You'll partner with Technology leaders to influence end-state architecture and drive secure, resilient, performant and scalable technology solutions that solve material customer and business problems
You'll be responsible to make technology investments decision by assessing opportunities for reusing Enterprise solutions or for and building new ones with extensibility & enterprise scalability in mind
Transformational Leadership
You'll influence a broad set of senior executives across the enterprise and your organization who are stakeholders or delivery partner to successfully deliver on your portfolio/product vision
Product Strategy Leader: Shape and deliver long term strategy (e.g. architectural plans, microservices approach) for a global system that supports multiple Lines of Business (US Card, Retail, Commercial, Canada, UK, and more). Deliver on early wins in 2024 so that we can lead future integrations. The product leader will own the entire ecosystem and will be the final decision maker on a multi-million dollar budget that drives billions in spend
People Strategy: Build a product mindset by investing in current talent while also recruiting top tier talent to the team by working closely with product organizations across Capital One.
