Position Overview
The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as Audits and Accounting Supervisor/Random Moment Surveys. Under direction, this position will review and monitor the preparation of various complex financial reports for federal reporting and the gathering of data through Random Moment Surveys (RMS). The position will serve as working supervisor to subordinate professional staff, while reviewing and auditing for quality assurance the work product of RMS staff. The position will also direct the preparation of quarterly financial reports that summarize the RMS activity and utilize the eligibility rates to calculate percentages by activity for use in the Title IV-E claim preparation. This position provides a great opportunity for someone who has an affinity for numbers and a keen eye for ensuring accuracy and eliminating discrepancies. Job Responsibilities1.
