Job Description
Working independently with minimal supervision, performs support duties for the management team. Acts as a resource person for staff. As needed, coordinates services with other departments to minimize patient, staff and visitor disruptions. Position Highlights:
Location: Plainfield, IL
Full Time - 40 hours
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, rotating weekends and holidays
What you will need:
High school diploma or GED required
A significant level of customer service skill is required in order to explain policies or practices or otherwise communicate with others in situations requiring sensitivity and tact.
Ability to read and exchange information with patients and others and/or do basic arithmetic.
Ability to use and comfort around basic computer technology.
Basic communication with patients, visitors and coworkers.
