Your responsibilities
Job Title: Quality Assurance Intern
Department: Quality
Reports to: Quality Assurance Supervisor
Summary:
The Quality Assurance Intern offers a unique learning experience while in a technical related education program. The intern will work together with Product and Process Quality Engineers to improve processes and support the zero defect strategy.

Learning Objectives/Major Projects:
Create and manage TOP5 Capability action plans
Create work instructions and manage sorting actions
Data Analysis and creation of reports on demand
Control and report hold area stocks
Support the management and tracking of Level 10 topics (To-dos, issues, rocks, KPIs)
Be a member on customer complaint`s 8D process and support implementation of actions when needed
Act as gatekeeper to communicate control plan and P-FMEA changes to Quality Planner
Minimum Education/Skills/Experience/Credentials:
Current student in a technical related area working on either their associate's or bachelor's in engineering (preferably mechanical or electrical, but open to other disciplines.)
