Job Description
Job Title: Data Engineer
Duration: 6-month Contract to Hire possibility
Location: Chicago, IL 60604; must be onsite 3 days per week
Day to day:
The client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join the team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in data engineering with a strong focus on Incorta, Power BI development and SQL.
As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining robust data pipelines, data models, and analytical solutions to support client data-driven initiatives.
Must Haves:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
3+ years of proven success as a Data Engineer
Strong knowledge of Incorta
Proficiency in SQL database programming
Ability to structure data sets
Proficiency in Power BI Development
Ability to automate scripts
Ability to pull data from various sources and integrate that data to create unified views of the data landscape
