Position Highlights:
Position: Respiratory Care Lead
Location: Naperville
Full Time
Hours: 6:30a to 7p with as needed weekend and holiday schedulesWhat you will need:
Education, Experience and/or Skills Required:
Graduation from a nationally accredited Respiratory Therapy program, as determined by the Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC)
A minimum of three years of previous experience
Education, Experience and/or Skills Preferred:
Previous experience in NICU/PICU and Pulmonary Function Testing
Required License and/or Certification:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
State of Illinois Respiratory Care Practitioner licensure
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
Current CPR certification issued by the American Heart AssociationGeneral Summary:Coordinate the daily shift activities and provision of employee assistance in order to perform job functions. Responsible for planning and organizing the daily shift activities of the Respiratory Care therapists and technicians. Ensures that department standards in patient care, departmental performance improvements and budgetary compliance are adhered to by staff.Benefits:
