Pay Range:
Level I - 0-5 years: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00
Level II - 5+ years: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00
Level III - 10+ years: $80,000 - $122,000.00

Scope of Work: As an HVAC Controls Technician you are responsible for design and implantation of custom graphical needs on front end computers for building automation projects.
Responsibilities:
Coordination with the Team Leader to understand the project vision including scope and timeframe
Produce accurate custom graphic packages for end-user & building operators
Collaborate with vendors to produce graphical floor plans, unit schematics, etc. based on the construction documents
Field Verification of graphics operations
Owner Training & Operational Demonstration Presentation
Maintain graphics library and graphics standards
All other duties assigned
Qualifications + Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
S., Associate Degree, Vocational Technical Certificate, or equivalent relevant industry experience
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions that exceed client needs and expectations
Excellent people skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a demanding environment.
Working knowledge using Microsoft 365 suite + Visio + Bluebeam + AutoCAD + Niagra + Reflow

Work Environment: Thermosystems LLC offices are in Elmhurst or Romeoville, IL. Field work with exposure to various working conditions, including mechanical rooms, rooftops, and outdoor settings with regular use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols in commercial buildings within Northern Illinois and Northwest Indiana Territories (Office Buildings, Data Centers, k-12 Schools, Medical Office Buildings/Hospitals, Warehouses, etc.).
