Under direction of the Head of North America & WHQ Compensation, the Sr Manager, Compensation will provide guidance and consultation to HRBP and Business Leaders on job evaluations, compensation benchmarking, job offers, salary structure development, and incentive plan design and administration. This is an analytical role that seamlessly transitions to operating in areas of ambiguity and strategic complexity. Candidates must have a versatile profile of both qualitative and quantitative skills.
What's on the menu?

Design, implement and administer Compensation programs in partnership with the Global Compensation team

Identify, create, coordinate and drive compensation projects

Implement the annual merit and incentive compensation cycles

Perform and coordinate job evaluations of both broad-based and executive positions

Identify, design, and implement policies and procedures to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and fiscal responsibility that align with pay-for-performance and culture of meritocracyRecipe for Success - apply now if this sounds like you!

I have deep technical knowledge of compensation theories and principles, compensation program design, and applicable laws and regulations

I have the ability to effectively connect with both external and internal business partners in a matrix environment

I have Korn Ferry Job Slotting experience

I am able to lead projects and influence team members without direct managerial authority

I am a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or have other HR certification preferred
