Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Project Cost Administrator to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will be responsible for, job set-up in Financial Systems, project cost review and control, assist with monthly financial forecast, and progress billing preparation for the Financial Vertical Team. Working closely with stakeholders to identify any project concerns with respect to delivery and cost. Works with managers to monitor and manage financial performance against monthly forecast and profit plan. As a Project Cost Administrator, you are a part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows.

What you'll do with "Our Training and Your Experience"

Processes completed work order tickets and invoices according to CTC guidelines and customer playbook.
Monitors job and/or work orders costs, identifies anomalies and provides managers with accurate feedback to enable effective and timely decisions.
Creates semi-monthly/monthly service invoicing reports, ensuring customer requirements for detail and documentation are maintained. Works with Program Managers and Program Administrators (PM/PgMs) to minimize unbilled revenue. Works with customer and program managers to resolve any anomalies or issues.
Assists accounts receivable team to ensure timely payment of invoices.
Submits invoices through Customer Portals
Reviews invoices for accuracy
Acts as "our customer's best service provider" always, thereby ensuring Convergint is the customer's 1st choice for service
Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required
What You'll Need
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills and ability to deal with a wide cross section of people both internal and external to the business.
Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills.
Solid financial analytical skills including cost control and ability to interpret financial reports.
Solid accounts receivable knowledge.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and results focused.
Solid team orientation.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and direction in a dynamic work environment.
Strong organizational/time management skills.
Strong proficiency in financial software including ability to track invoices, run reports, data entry, etc.
