Position Title: Project Manager, Quality Assurance
Job Description Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to define quality objectives with entry and exit criteria for validating the product in different environments and release schedules. Developing and executing comprehensive QA strategies for projects, encompassing test planning, execution, and reporting. Implement Process improvement initiatives based on the data-driven insights to enhance the project efficiency and quality. Driving the test automation initiatives, selecting, and implementing the suitable test framework and tools. Conducting the root cause analysis on Prod incidents and facilitating the resolution of quality related issues. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to meet quality and delivery goals. Collaborating with the cross functional team and testing end to end Functionality. Communicate project status, quality metrics, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner by creating live dashboard using different tools like PowerBI and ADO. Identify the Automation scope in current project, providing inputs to the team to make the efforts more compact to provide better outputs and integration with release management tools like Jenkins, KIBANA, and Datadog. Deliver testcases for QA/Dev, stage, Pre-Prod, and production as well as related components as specified in the design and functional and nonfunctional requirements while remaining within established budget, schedule, and quality standards. Perform Risk Identification and Mitigation on each phase of the development and Test cycle. Managing resource planning throughout the project. Provide support for new change requests and modified components and document test results. Supporting production environment issue fixing, Automation script executions and resolving deployment issues. Managing and support Enterprise Projects. Knowledge and experience with different project management frameworks, including waterfall and agile. Will work at unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
Job Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree in (or foreign equivalent) in information Technology, Information Systems Engineering, or a directly related field plus five (5) years of experience in a Quality Assurance role or a related occupation.
Four (4) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
- Mainframes systems such as COSMOS, and UNIMATIC.
- SQL Developer used for SQL Queries and data validation in DB.
- Extracting the QXDM/QPST logs and identifying the failures of the Cellular Radio services &
Bluetooth
Three (3) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
- JIRA & MTM for test artifacts management and reporting.
Two (2) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
- Mainframes systems such as SHARES.
- TFS/Visual Studio for test artifacts management and reporting
- TIBCO Technology/components.
- NoSQL databases such as CouchDB.
- Ready API/SoapUI with Groovy for microservices automation.
- Monitoring the logs and identifying the failures from the services & Events using Kibana. Kafka & Spark
One (1) year of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
- Developing Automation framework using Selenium WebDriver, Test NG & Git
- Automating API and Web using ACCELQ.
