We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team!
We are a small and mighty company that is continuing to grow.
You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic fintech industry.
In this role you will have responsibility for specifying design, requirements, and delivery for assigned product line[s] in support of business goals and customer needs.
Key Experience Needed:
Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years professional experience preferably in a technology organization
2-5 years direct experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner having managed most aspects of the product development lifecycle
Familiar with agile development methodologies and JIRA suite of tools (or similar)
Effective communication and coordination capabilities
Strong ability in conveying complex ideas to varied audiences
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams in product design, development, and delivery
Intellectual curiosity: They seek to understand the problem space and the why; comfort with ambiguity.
Well organized, able to effectively prioritize, identify next steps, and execute against a plan
Action-oriented: open to trying new things, navigating roadblocks, and moving teams and products forward
Customer focused with a passion for building product
Position Responsibilities:
You will manage product life-cycle through various stages such as design, development and production.
Drive product roadmap development and communication incorporating strategic and market sourced requirements
Drive understanding of personas, customer journey and corresponding asset mapping for demand and conversion
Drive and facilitate requirements process, prioritization
Provide consultative support in understanding tradeoffs and developing consensus with an eye for the customer
Internal Stakeholder and customer facing product evangelism
Monitor development against scope requirements
