Job Description
This position is NonExempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half. Designs and conducts company training programs. Project Management experience may be required for initial plan design and existing plan enhancements; previous project management experience may be required; may lead and direct the work of others. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Delivers training at a level which requires facilitation of group process in diverse settings; design learning interventions to meet defined needs; works with management to define organizational objectives and design courses to meet those business needs. BS (5+ years) in a learning or closely related discipline, or sufficient practical and transferable experience to demonstrate practical equivalence; understands human learning concepts and has experience designing learning interventions to meet specific business needs.
