Position Purpose:

The Inside Sales Representative, Shred-it New Business secures new business by selling scheduled and purge Secure Information Destruction and Compliance Service Solutions. In this role you will be responsible for growing revenue and profitability, while meeting or exceeding established annual goals.
The Inside Sales Representative SR SID New Business would be required to come into the office 4 times a week (Tuesday-Friday) at our Downtown Chicago (Riverside Plaza) Location. The Inside Sales Representative SR SID New Businessmust live in the Chicago area. The hours for this would be Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM CST.

Key Job Activities:

* Plan and target Call Blocks to action pre-loaded leads throughout the week to demonstrate our capabilities in Secure Information Destruction and Compliance Solutions. Team member must build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
* Prospecting and business development skills to achieve new business goals and selling scheduled or purge Secure Information Destruction and Compliance Service Solutions (Including: OSHA and HIPAA). Team Member must demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of products and services, as well as, the value proposition for customers.

* Builds and sustains strong, trusting relationships with new customers.

Base salary ranges from $45K-$50K + Uncapped monthly commissions

Education:

Preferred Education: in Bachelors

* Post-secondary education, major in business, sales and marketing preferred but not required.
* Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience in business to business sales.
* Have a consultative sales approach
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Self-starter attitude, driven, and motivated.
* Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products, and strong internet skills.
* Ability to operate a personal computer.
* Ability to talk regularly over the phone with customers and co-workers up to eight (8) hours per day
