This hybrid position is located at our corporate office in Westmont, IL and requires 3-4 days a week onsite.
The Senior Analyst Accounts Receivable role would include Developing and Tracking KPI’s and auditing Accounts Receivable report bi-weekly, understanding the business and key drivers, performing research and analytics as required to help drive sound business decisions and drive bottom line growth, and mentoring the 2 Accounts Receivable analysts on the AR Team who are reporting to the Senior Analyst Accounts Receivable. This role reports to our Accounts Receivable Manager on the AR Team. Responsibilities
+ Ability to provide good customer service and address complaints promptly
+ Knowledge in Finance systems
+ Business acumen of the Accounts Receivable Sales/Revenue process
+ Expertise in calculating account balances, adjustments, and Refunds
+ Extensive understanding of how banking and finance systems work together
+ Knowledge of company products, product pricing, and sales policies
+ Reconcile variances between different reporting systems
+ Provide day-to-day support for our shop locations and operational leadership teams
+ Review and analyze large volumes of data with the ability to produce findings then translate in an easily digestible way for multiple levels of leadership
+ Build and foster relationships throughout the organization, creating an environment of collaboration
+ Assist in process implementation and project manage initiatives from a financial perspective
Qualifications
+ 3-5 years Finance or Accounting experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
+ Experience with Microsoft Office (emphasis on Microsoft Excel)
+ Good communication skills both verbal and written
+ Detail oriented with good organizational and analytical skills
+ Strong self-motivated team player
