Your Role:
The Senior Analyst, Human Capital Data & Analytics will play a key role on the Human Capital Data & Analytics team by supporting Workday reporting/analytics and Tableau/Power BI data visualizations, primarily focusing on Talent Management analytics.

What You'll Be Doing:

Responsible for developing/troubleshooting Workday reports/dashboards and providing support for Tableau/Power BI dashboards as needed.

Responsible for analyzing and interpreting data and identifying key themes and areas for opportunity across HR metrics, focusing on Talent Management analytics (including employee engagement data).

Build strategic partnerships with the Workday cross-functional team and HR Business Partners, providing support, coaching, and consulting HR reporting and analytics.

Responsible for providing system and technical support and proactively problem-solving issues with various stakeholders, including employees & people managers, HR Business Partners, and Baxter's leadership team.

What You Need:

A bachelor's degree or country equivalent in Human Resources, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance or other analytically driven disciplines.

4+ years of HRIS / Analytics / Talent Management work experience required.

Prior experience working in a global corporate HR environment is desired.

HRIS systems reporting experience required (Workday preferred)

Workday People Analytics experience preferred.

Business Intelligence (BI) or data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) highly preferred

Strong analytical skills and comfort with handling complex data with high attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication, intellectual curiosity, a passion for understanding and solving problems, and consulting and customer service skills are required to work with key internal and external business partners.

Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.

The ability to manage stakeholders effectively with key groups in a matrix environment.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
