Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Senior Analyst to join our finance team. The FP&A Senior Analyst will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and forecasting. This role requires an individual who can utilize financial systems and tools to extract, analyze, and report financial performance metrics, as well as provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for all Sterigenics SG&A, collaborating with department heads to gather inputs, analyze trends, and develop financial projections.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and accounting to report on minimum agreement contracts to ensure proper enforcement and accurate reporting.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and decision-making processes.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, explaining variances and identifying corrective actions as needed.
  • Support senior management and department heads with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for executive and board meetings, providing clear and concise explanations of financial results and forecasts.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a senior analyst or similar role.
  • Working knowledge of general accounting and finance principles
  • Experience with Oracle HFM (Hyperion Financial Management Tool) and PowerBI preferred
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning software).
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
