Responsibilities (specific to the role):
The successful candidate will collaborate with procurement leadership and account technology team to define innovative BI dashboard solutions and data analytics to support business objectives. Specific responsibilities will include:
* Analyze and reconcile client portfolio data consistency and identify data-gaps.
* Monitor, analyze and report market characteristics, conditions, trends, and forecasts.
* Portfolio and Benchmarking analysis - understanding and presenting through dynamic dashboards a client's portfolio performance.
* Partner closely with procurement leadership to assist with special projects.
* Develop and document workflows and processes within infrastructure/software as required to support client and team business needs.
* Support the business leaders with status reports, directing escalations, etc.
* Act as an internal resource for other C&W teams on best practices, how-to's, and solutioning for supported technologies.
* Escalate risks, issues, and roadblocks to the Facilities team.
Collect and analyze data to organize spend, supplier geographic service territory, labor rates benchmarking, and other supplier performance data.
Design and create reports, dashboards, and scorecards to communicate performance metrics to relevant stakeholders.
Establish or improve governance routines for reporting to internal stakeholders.
Provide insights to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
Effective communication with cross-functional teams is essential.
Collaborate with procurement, vendor management, operations teams and finance.
Align supplier performance goals with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:
* Good technical or business foundation to include an undergraduate degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field experience
* 5+ years of business analyst experience
* Critical thinker/problem solver with logical thought process.
* Strong communication skills, including presentation development and delivery.
* Strong cross-team collaboration skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Stakeholder communication and expectation management.
Self-starter with a proactive, innovative mindset

Skills & Personal Qualities:
* A strong service and delivery mentality are required. Candidate must actively seek to understand internal customers' needs and perceptions and show a "can do" attitude.
* The successful candidate must have strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity. An ability to translate client needs into procurement strategy is critical.
* Excellent collaboration skills are important. The successful candidate must be able to offer new ideas and help build support for making significant changes. Fostering an environment for open exchange, asking good questions, and listening to gain input and insight is expected.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are integral for success. Candidate must be a clear and concise communicator and must effectively communicate at Managerial levels and cross-functionally.
* The successful candidate must be a self-starter and able to work in ambiguous situations. Given minimal requirements or direction, the candidate must be able to define a path forward and work with the team to make progress, without waiting for specific directions.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
