Qualifications:
+ 4+ years of supervisory experience in Blow Molding/Injection Molding.
+ Leadership experience required.
+ Knowledge of ISO/TS quality systems.
+ strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Experience with Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
+ Mechanically inclined and hands-on approach.
Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to sit, stand, or walk up to 12 hours per day.
+ Lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds occasionally.
+ Frequent reaching, stooping, kneeling, or bending.
+ Compliance with all safety standards and PPE requirements.

Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 per year
Shift: First shift
Responsibilities:
+ Supervise and coordinate quality control technicians.
+ Review schedules and assign duties.
+ Maintain strong production floor presence.
+ Identify and address product defects.
+ Collaborate with production and engineering teams.
+ Oversee inbound and outbound quality inspections.
+ Implement and monitor quality training and processes.
+ Ensure compliance with ISO standards.
+ Conduct quality checks and improvements.
+ Investigate and resolve quality issues.
+ Develop Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL) for products.
The essential functions of this role include:
+ wearing steel toe shoes
+ manual lifting up to 50lbs
+ working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
+ working weekends
