Description:

- Provide basic customer support to customers within the value added business line

- Order entry from 2 external portals, one being Amazon.com order fulfillment

- Provide basic support to business unit leaders

- Communicate with customer service and billing to ensure service and payment execution

- Use Microsoft Excel for basic data entry or customer lookup information

Soft Skills:

- Ability to work on a team and independently

- Willingness to learn and adapt to change

- Detail oriented

- Personable personality
