Call Center Representative

Job Description

Description:

-Answers 70-100 incoming calls in a timely and professional manner using a polite tone and good grammar and diction.

-Researches and troubleshoots customer inquiries related to the photo enforcement programs within the communities.

-Notates RedCheck system daily with accurate detailed call comments.

-Notifies Team Lead of escalated issues on a timely manner.

-Provides customer support in completing credit card transactions for violation payments.

-Checks work e-mail and other company communication channels daily.

-Performs other duties as assigned.

Training: They will start onsite for the first day and work onsite for roughly the first week, They will go home and work remotely once their IT credentials are set up and the managers see that they are training well independently.

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Skills & Qualifications:

-3+ years of customer service experience (Open to retail/fast food) -HS diploma -A personal computer to work on, Must be able to download MS teams. They will utilize their personal computer and will get a company computer if/when they go permanent) PLUS: -Call Center experience or phones experience -Degree

-Friendly

-Critical thinker

-Ability to deal with irate or difficult customers

They are big on attendance, teamwork, and conflict resolution
