Your Role at Baxter
The Manager of IT Infrastructure Services - Day 2 encompasses oversight of cloud and premise hosting, network services, and end-user collaboration services. The manager will lead a global team, manage external vendors, enforce security policies, and align infrastructure solutions with the organization's overall business objectives. The position is essential for ensuring the seamless operation of the company's IT infrastructure, and contributing to efficiency and success.What You'll be doing:
Direct a globally team responsible for cloud & hosting, network, and end-user services.
Develop and implement strategic vision for IT infrastructure services aligned with business objectives.
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of infrastructure and services.
Oversee global cloud and premise hosting operations.
Ensure availability, performance, and scalability of cloud-based systems.
Track and implement innovative technologies while maintaining legacy systems.
Handle database systems, security measures, and recovery processes.
Lead global network services including WAN, LAN, Wireless, Voice, and Contact Center.
Plan, develop, install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure.
Lead the global strategic direction for end-user and collaboration services.
Lead all aspects of service desk, remote desktop services, and onsite support.
Run endpoint engineering, collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft M365), and meeting solutions.
Maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Plan and handle budgets for cloud, network, and end-user services.
Ensure high-quality service delivery and run licensing, warranty, and support contracts.
Lead major incident management and service requests globally.
Create and maintain documentation of infrastructure solutions.
Test and document system recoveries and security measures.
Maintain CMDB and asset management processes.What You'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including cloud, network, and end-user services.
Experience leading IT personnel and external service providers.
Extensive knowledge of cloud, network, and end-user hardware and software solutions.
Ability to lead multiple projects and communicate effectively with upper management.
Availability for off-hour calls and system work.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $120,000.00 - $165,000.00annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
