Job Description

Under little to no supervision, calculate and analyze corporate formula bonus program results and payouts.
Administer the Corporate Formula Bonus Program for large-volume, non-sales force employees.Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration of the Corporate Formula Bonus Program including new entries/exits and database
    maintenance.
  • Ensure all eligible employees are given their formula bonus potential in writing within 30 days of being hired or assigned.
    Contact the head of the division and/or manager to ascertain the appropriate formula bonus measurement.
    Calculate, audit and communicate quarterly Formula bonus calculations.
  • Ensure accuracy of all database content. Maintain database of eligible employees and their respective bonus program
    guidelines.
  • Audit and maintain the integrity of selected source documents. Reconcile data provided; escalate reconciliation issues with
    manager.
  • Create and distribute monthly performance reports with all supporting documents; includes fielding questions from
    management.
  • Identify and present opportunities for process improvement; automate formula bonus worksheets for assigned areas

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business or Finance
  • At least 4 years of professional work experience in one or more of the following fields: compensation, internal audit,
    financial analysis and/or accounting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience processing all relevant details, understanding and prioritizing their importance and drawing clear and concise
    conclusions.
  • Experience taking the steps to ensure the assignment/ project is accomplished within tight timeframes.
    Experience controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines.
  • Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing centered
    page and/or creating a pivot table).
