Job Title: ServiceNow Developer-DevOps Module Expert
Duration: 18-24 months, with the possibility of extension
Location: Chicago, IL 60604; OR Tempe, AZ - 3 days onsite per week
Job Description:
The hiring manager is working to employ a new strategy within the team and wants to bring on new team members to assist with various projects.
This person will be assigned to an Agile Pod (they have a total of 12 Agile pods within ServiceNOw alone).
They will then work with their team's Product Owner, Business Analyst, Scrum Master and Business Stakeholders to define requirements.
Each day will start withstand up meetings to provide status updates and releases will be done on a weekly bases.
ServiceNow is leveraged across the organization, so they have both IT and business users, as well.
Collaborate is a key characteristic of this team member as they will be working with many different teams on a regular basis.
The right person for this role will have a proven track record of developing code, understanding different modules, and have strong communication skills to work with cross functional teams.
Must Haves:
5-6+ years of ServiceNow development experience
Extensive knowledge and experience working specifically with the ServiceNow DevOps Module (at least 3+ years)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate and work with cross functional teams
