Job Description
Summary
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LIBRARIAN in the FLEET AND FAMILY READINESS DEPARTMENT of NAVSTA GREAT LAKES IL.
Duties
- You will plan and oversee training and scheduling of all library staff using resources available through NAF personnel offices, Library and Navy specific learning management systems.
- You will ensure equal treatment of all subordinates and implement EEO policies and communicates support of these policies to all staff members.
- You will prepare staffing development plans and coordinate evaluations for library employees.
- You will plan, justify, and execute library budget.
- You will conduct surveys and apply studies and statistics to make decisions about library services and resources
