We are in search of an Operations Manager to manage the Komori Graphic Center located at our headquarters in Rolling Meadows, Illinois.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for the successful presentation and demonstration of all Komori Products at Komori Graphic Center (KGC) and customer facilities, to include offset presses, inkjet solutions and all associated hardware and software.
Perform as subject matter expert and champion for KAC technology and solutions.
Manage daily KGC operations including budget management, procurement, schedule, and staff.
Develop financial and capital investment analyses to justify KAC solutions create business value for the customer (ROI, workflow, etc.).
Perform as a trusted technical advisor to the customer and sales team.
Travel within the continental U.S. and Canada often and internationally as needed.
Utilize strong consultative selling techniques to advance opportunities.
Establish productive, professional relationships with key KAC personnel (VP of Product Marketing, etc.).
    


Qualifications

Education/Experience
Ten years of demonstration experience working with digital and offset solutions for Graphic Arts.
G7 certification is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to perform ROI and workflow analysis for offset and digital solutions.
Five to ten years of experience in project/program management.
Possesses a deep understanding of positioning strategy and technology to create a competitive advantage for KAC.
Language Ability
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to author reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of both MAC and PC operating systems/platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, digital/sheetfed imposition, and color management/calibration processes & procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Fujifilm XMF workflow experience is preferred.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Manages two or more non-supervisory employees. Fulfills supervisory responsibilities following the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Travel
Must possess ability to travel both domestically and internationally as needed.
