Overview of the Role
As part of a high-performance, fast-paced, and collaborative team, you will work with cross-functional partners to provide a 360 view of the business and drive executive-level recommendations and tools that directly impact an industry-leading Sales team for the global sales programs team. Your role will encompass aspects of business partnering, product ownership and project management in support of our programs, business operations and analyst teams.

Successful candidates will be able to use data to drive insights and provide strategic recommendations to build scalable solutions with Salesforce products four our internal business partners. You guide the charge on adoption, execution and organizational change. You will have the opportunity to combine intuition for business, innovative inquiry, insights from sales leaders, and curiosity to accomplish meaningful work to uncover trends and identify insights that deliver impact across the organization.

Sample projects and results range from evaluating global market opportunities, building a scalable reporting infrastructure, supporting the creation of the programs strategy and key performance metric reviews.

Responsibilities
Product management for our internal global programs teams.
Evaluate & analyze ongoing business performance against growth targets to support daily operations
Define, design, and interpret key performance metrics to deliver insights and recommendations
Triage and troubleshoot operational issues and optimize infrastructure/systems/processes for scale
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholder teams
Develop and deliver presentations for senior executives

Required Skills
Analyst: 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in tech environment, in a highly analytical role or strategy department
Product / project management skills, identifying & documenting requirements and agile development
Basic understanding SQL & Databases
Basic data visualization skill in Tableau or equivalent software
Advanced Spreadsheet skills
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Preferred Skills
3+ years of analytical experience, ideally in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategic Planning, Finance, or related fields
Outstanding problem solving skills: consistent track record to ask questions, structure sophisticated problems, develop solutions and recommendations
Strong communication skills to translate complex info into easily digestible insights and executive presentations
Resilient Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
