Job Description

The ITM/ATM Product Manager oversees and manages the fleet providing a seamless, secure, and user-friendly banking experience through the ATM/ATM solutions.  They will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure proper security, technology, balancing, oversight, and communication regarding the machines.  They will work to ensure accurate and effective operation, meet regulatory requirements, and promote new features and services offered through the machines.  

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Model and deliver outstanding service to both internal and external members as defined by UICCU’s credit union’s service mission and promises.
  • Responsible for staff education and promotion of the ITM/ATM experience.  
  • Responsible for working with marketing to promote the ITM/ATM experience for members. 
  • Become the subject matter expert offering guidance and support for the specification functions of the ITM/ATM fleet. 
  • Ensure the necessary software is maintained and updated.  Perform all upgrades/releases and coordinate necessary audits/filings/testing in a timely and efficient manner ensuring that our fleet and supporting documentation is in compliance. 
  • Maintain and update departmental procedures, machine replenishments, and machine balancing procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Owns contract renewals, rollout of future ITM/ATM deployments, future integrations, as well as ITM/ATM removals.
  • Liaison with accounting for reconciliation procedures. 
  • Responsible for creating, analyzing, and reporting on ITM metrics. 
  • Responsible for vendor management as it relates to the fleet.  This includes courier management, machine inspection, and performance and enhancement testing. 


Salary and Benefits:

  • Starting salary is $61,588 per year.
