Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Report and manage cash flow.
Track letter of credit activity.
Prepare collateral report.
Reconcile loan and accounts payable bank accounts.
Provide bank with monthly bank reports, financial information, loan covenants.
Reconcile inventory and A/R.
Consolidate and analyze monthly financial forecast.
Review branch account analysis.
Prepare corporate account analysis and monthly journal entries
Prepare consolidated profit/loss and balance sheet statements
Coordinate quarterly bank audit and check branch quarterly analysis
Prepare shareholder's and note- holders financial packages.
Coordinate accounting for general insurance and worker's compensation programs
Perform other duties as assigned.
External Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESRequired: Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field and a minimum of five years experience in Financial Accounting. Knowledge of financial systems software and proficiency in Excel & Word. Excellent communication and organization skills.
