Your Team

This Project Manager role is aligned with our growing $2B+ Pharmaceutical Global Business Unit. The role is an integral part of our program management team, responsible for leading execution for new product developments, geo expansions, business development deals and/or on-market product support. In addition to getting exposure to have connections with many cross functional leaders on a global scale, this role will allow opportunity to work with numerous manufacturing plants in different geographies around the world and be valued for the diversity of thought to help us create best in class project management teams. This is a great opportunity to get exposure to exciting Specialty injectables and Inhaled Anesthesia portfolios and be part of project leadership team for one of the largest business units for Baxter.
What you'll be doing
Accountable for core team performance, project timeline and execution, budget commitments and spend.
Demonstrated ability defining project strategies, developing goals, and ensures project scope is defined and controlled.
Collaboration cross functionally with all levels of management ensuring effective ongoing communications across teams and stakeholders.
Identification and communication of project risks, development of risk plan and leads core team in the proactive management of risk response strategies.
Anticipates potential conflict situations for proactive solutions and manages conflict situations to result in win-win outcomes.
What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
8+ years of experience with product life cycle management including 3 years project management with demonstrated success leading multi-site projects in a regulated environment.
Strong business acumen and an ability to partner with various departments.
Demonstrated experience leading multiple projects at once.
Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory or Clinical Practices and Product Development Process requirements.
PMI or IPMA or equivalent certification desired.
Project Management experience with Manufacturing/ Facilities set up and Engineering experience is desired.
