Overview
Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced APP or new grad with ICU, Telemetry and ED Experience
Will mainly be located at the Outpatient Cardiology Clinic and will see Cardiovascular disease, structural heart disease and EP patients
Occasional Inpatient Hospital rounding
Schedule - Option for 5,8's or 4,10's
No weekend requirements

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed to provide Advanced Practice Nurse Services or Physician Assistant Services Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and State of Illinois for prescribing of narcotics
