Position Summary
The Digital Finishing Lead is responsible for successful completion of finishing job requirements while ensuring all finishing team members meet performance goals within a safe, productive manner while adhering to the daily schedule.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the digital production schedule.
Mentor, train, and lead all finishing technicians in quality, process flow, and technical ability.
Complete jobs to scope per the job ticket information, ensuring production specifications are met.
Ensure all finishing equipment has proper supplies/inventory on hand to meet production needs.
Facilitate and perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues as needed.
Monitor production throughout the run for quality to ensure production standards are met.
Record all production related information (such as costs/hours) in proper place as detailed in department operation guide.
Maintain organized and clean work environment.
Immediately address safety issues and escalate as needed.
Work overtime as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Assist department leadership in managing schedule and day to day work assigned to team members.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in printing, manufacturing, distribution, and/or fulfillment.
Experience using a production system a plus.
Knowledge and Skills:
Basic Math skills.
Computer literate and understand basic operating systems on PC.
Ability to understand instructions.
Ability to communicate orally and in written form effectively.
Ability to apply decision-making when presented with challenges.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
Physical requirements:
Frequent walking and standing for prolonged periods of time.
Manual dexterity for repetitive work.
Frequent reaching, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and stooping.
Vision Ability to visually inspect all work for defects and be able to distinguish colors.

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
The national pay range for this role is 20.44 - 25.78 per hour. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission, or incentive program.
