POSITION SUMMARY
Provides leadership, administrative supervision, best practices and direction to the department of StudentMental Health & Wellness. Maintains oversight of day-to-day administrations and operations of thedepartment and Wellness Center, including staff and programming at multiple locations. Develops andimplements policies for office personnel, maintains department budgets, and ensures comprehensiveservices for students impacted by mental health and wellness concerns. Works to collaborate with faculty,staff, and administration to draft procedures and policies to align support for students impacted by mentalhealth issues. Strategizes the marketing of program and services, along with developing and conductingcampus-wide education and training to increase awareness and support for mental health services. Worksto foster internal and external relationships and works with staff to establish Memoranda of Understanding(MOU) with off-campus providers for student support. Works to align department with college's mission,
vision, and strategic goals. Identifies, maintains, and reports on program initiatives, assesses effectivenessof services, and strategically reports on data relating to student services.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide visionary leadership and management for Student Mental Health & Wellness department,
including but not limited to; facilitating short-term and long-term planning, program development and
assessment, and align program initiative with Strategic Goals of the College.
2. Perform administrative functions for department, such as operational and personnel functions, budgetmaintenance (institutional and/or grant), respond to immediate fiscal needs, annual performanceupdates and/or reviews (APU/APR), monthly department reports, expense reports, etc.
3. Supervise a team of licensed clinical social workers and mental health professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery and professional development opportunities. Assist in the selection, training,motivation and evaluation of assigned staff; establish and monitor employee performance objectives;provide or coordinate staff training; assign work activities and projects; monitor workflow; whichmay include grant and/or contractual staff.
4. Provide clinical supervision to interns and provisionally licensed clinicians.
5. Provide individual and group consultation to fully licensed staff to assure staff and department meetthe needs of students, campus, and/or any contractual goals and funding requirements.
6. Work collaboratively with other departments and divisions to respond to campus and/or student crisis,minimize the duplication of activities, and promote mental health and wellness services and/oractivities.
7. Provide leadership and collaboration to extended campuses to ensure services are available and
develop strategies for referral of students at extended campus as well as remote services as needed.
8. Maintain and update electronic record keeping system and software utilized by staff (i.e. Titanium,
