Job Description

Senior Manager, Information Technology – Quality (Multiple Positions), PwC US Group LLP, Chicago, IL. Manage the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within the company, developing and enhancing client and internal facing applications, and provide technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the firm to drive strategic business growth. Support business functions by deploying applications that enable people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to the clients. Oversee Information Technology operational processes, including configurations, change management, and incident management and provides oversight to third party suppliers that deliver services for Information Technology operations. Develop an overall strategy for performance testing for products/applications across various technology stakes within an Agile environment, including mobile apps and mobile devices. Oversee the creation and execution of Performance Tests, publishing test results and data, including but not limited to, monitoring data, application & server logs, audits the results of automation engineering team.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or a foreign equivalent in Information Technology & Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, plus 6 years of related work experience, of which 5 years must be post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or the foreign equivalent in Information Technology & Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

• Assisting with evaluating, selecting, implementing, and continual review of tools for performance testing, monitoring and analysis using applications such as Dynatrace/AppDynamics with reporting capabilities;
• Analyzing performance test results of Stress, Load and Endurance tests run using JMeter/Load Runner;
• Identifying performance bottlenecks by studying the network traffic using Monitoring tools like Datadog, App Dynamics, Splunk etc. and provide fine tuning recommendations that would help the development teams with debugging; and,
• Designing and developing best in class performance pipeline strategy and integration guardrails.

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

Domestic and/or international travel up to 20% required.
