Uber Technologies, Inc. has openings for Program Managers (all types/levels) in Chicago, Illinois. May telecommute from home.
Job Duties: Launch programs to improve the experience that customers have with support which involves understanding the customer experience for each trip or order and customer journey on the Uber platform end to end. Build a strong relationship with the Uber for Business leadership and partner teams and represent customers in support strategy decisions and address the root cause of situations that lead to a poor customer experience.
15% international and domestic.

The total base annual salary range for this position is $120,300 to $135,000.
