Job Description
- Work closely with the advertising team to plan, write and edit weekly contents such as articles, poems, posters, flyers, and newsletters, for promotion programs in both Chinese and English languages with high readability and accuracy applying the knowledge of Chinese and US language manners, cultural norms, and lifestyles.
- Write, edit, and publish content for company social media accounts, such as WeChat, WeChat Official Account, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
- Edit promotional materials and property signage to ensure all writings are authentic Chinese expressions.
- Brainstorm and develop creative advertising ideas of written contents and visual pieces in order to catch up with the popular trends.
- Conduct research on the most up-to-date social and cultural trends of Chinese and US communities to identify new advertising opportunities. Develop creative advertising ideas of written content to connect with these popular trends.
- Review lead history data to provide insights of which Chinese advertising assets and channels influenced customer decisions.
- Assist Chinese residents who need help with a mac-sponsored service or program.
