Position Summary:

As the Campus Recruiting Coordinator, you will provide critical recruiting support to the Talent Acquisition function by managing expectations and requirements of candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and other stakeholders. This person will support designated BU lead recruiters in full-cycle campus recruiting, liaising with various campus recruiting team members and working closely with practice teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to members of the Talent Acquisition team including: posting jobs via JobVite ATS, keeping job requisitions up to date, interview schedule management, and creating offer letters.
  • Assist in creating an exceptional candidate experience by supporting candidates with inquiries regarding application process, interview scheduling planning and issue resolution, sending candidate confirmations, booking travel, and assisting with expense reimbursement process.
  • Manage campus recruiting email inbox, directing questions to appropriate recruiting manager/directors as appropriate.
  • Providing support for in-office campus recruiting events taking place including room reservations, catering support, printing needs and invoicing needs.
  • With guidance from Recruiting Manager/Director, manage onboarding and offboarding (interns), ensuring smooth process for new hires, as well as keeping up-to date records and reporting for Operations team stakeholders within the Business Units.
  • Conduct phone screens as necessary for candidates.
  • Coordinate supplies for campus recruiting team - shipping items as needed; maintaining updated list of inventory, ordering appropriate printed collateral and managing national orders as necessary for national conferences.
  • Assist in planning and execution of internship programs by collaborating with broader team on task lists, event planning, and in-office needs.
  • Ensure job requisitions are maintained and work with recruiting managers to ensure proper ATS updates are made in accordance with firm policies.



Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of recruiting, event planning, or professional services experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders; client service mindset
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects; excellent time management and organization skills
  • Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in customizing a strategy to meet a business need
  • Self-starter, resourceful, with a creative and innovative mindset
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment and has the ability to manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Poise and maturity to be the A&M representative on campus to students, faculty, and school administration
  • Ability to travel and work overtime, as needed



The salary range is $60,000 - $65,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
