Old National is currently seeking to hire for the role of Talent Support Specialist. The Talent Support Specialist is responsible for assisting team members and vendors with their HR questions and requests. The Specialist must have an overall knowledge of HR policies, procedures and processes. Each Specialist is responsible for various HR functions including, but not limited to: administrative projects, new hire process, maintenance/data entry, TimeSaver changes and password resets, and termination process.
Key Accountabilities
Answers policy/procedure/process questions from team members on all HR related matters.
Assists People Team members in both a collaborative and administrative manner.
Troubleshoot/resolve team member issues.
Complete/process all team member changes.

Makes and Maintains Personal Relationships: Strives to build and maintain trusted relationships between one's own area and other lines of business to achieve business goals.
Establish Plans & Priorities - Ability to determine a course of action and establish a timeframe to complete the individual objectives and team goals.
Adaptability - Modifies behavior and approach in order to deal effectively with changing business needs, conditions, work responsibilities and requirements, and client needs; maintains effectiveness when experiencing change.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
1-3 years of Human Resources experience
Superior customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented and must be able to multitask and manage changing priorities and deadlines
Attentive listening skills that enable asking probing questions to aid in problem solving and issue escalation
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, ADP, iCIMS)
Key Measures of Success:
Data provided/input for HR System is accurate and complete.
Deadlines for tasks/projects met.
Ability to answer questions independently.
Ability to recognize issues before they escalate.
