Job Description

Prepare reports, memos and other documents for the company president and clients using word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation, and other software.  Coordinate and direct office services such as records and published reports to aid company president.  Respond to client inquiries.  Conduct research, compile data on projects for company president.  Develop and maintain records management database systems.  File documents, records and reports.  Prepare documentation for contracts, transactions and compliance with government regulatory agencies.  Prepare business correspondence.  Explain regulations, policies or procedures.
